MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 11, 1991 <br />Scalze agreed, and pointed out that the issue will be <br />considered by the Park Commission at their next <br />meeting. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to act on this <br />matter once it has received the recommendation of the <br />Park Commission. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-12-418 - APPROVING TAE 1992 BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVY REDUCTIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-419 - APPROVING THE 1992 GENERAL <br />FUND AND BOND INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVIES AS PRESENTED BY <br />CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Council instructed the City Administrator to schedule a <br />workshop meeting between the Council and Board of <br />Directors of the Fire Department for early in January. <br />DESOTO STR. Mr. Peter Costa appeared before the Council reporting <br />APPRAISAL that he has four quotes for appraisal work in <br />conjunction with the DeSoto Street easement. The low <br />quote was received from Forsythe & Company in the <br />amount of $500. Costa reported that he will be paying <br />the cost of this appraisal. <br />Scalze asked which appraisal firm the City has used in <br />the past. <br />The City Administrator reported that the City has used <br />Bill Cushman; however, in this instance thought it <br />better to use a firm that would not be heavily <br />Page 10 <br />
