MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 11, 1991 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-425 - REAPPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION FOR THE MOSTAD PROPERTY AT 2720 NOEL DRIVE <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF <br />APPROVAL AND GRANTING A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION FOR FILING <br />AND RECORDING OF THIS PROPERTY DIVISION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY It was noted that a property division for St. John's <br />DIVISION Church was previously approved by the Council. The <br />ST. JOHN'S time period for filing and recording that property <br />CHURCH division has lapsed, however, the property owner is now <br />in a position of finalizing the matter. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-12-426 - REAPPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION OF ST. JOHN'S CHURCH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND GRANTING A <br />SIX-MONTH EXTENSION FOR FILING AND RECORDING OF THAT <br />DIVISION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />RYAN DRIVE The City Attorney reported that he has done extensive <br />research on the issue of Ryan Drive. Aowever, since <br />there is threatened litigation in this matter, the <br />Attorney reported that he is uncomfortable in <br />discussing the matter, feeling that the discussion <br />could involve priviledged client information. <br />The City Administrator suggested that any discussions <br />on the matter be held in closed session because of the <br />threatened litigation. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-427 - CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING TO DISCUSS THREATENED <br />LITIGATION <br />Page 17 <br />
