MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 11, 1991 Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-425 - REAPPROVING THE PROPERTY DIVISION FOR THE MOSTAD PROPERTY AT 2720 NOEL DRIVE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND GRANTING A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION FOR FILING AND RECORDING OF THIS PROPERTY DIVISION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PROPERTY It was noted that a property division for St. John's DIVISION Church was previously approved by the Council. The ST. JOHN'S time period for filing and recording that property CHURCH division has lapsed, however, the property owner is now in a position of finalizing the matter. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-12-426 - REAPPROVING THE PROPERTY DIVISION OF ST. JOHN'S CHURCH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND GRANTING A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION FOR FILING AND RECORDING OF THAT DIVISION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RYAN DRIVE The City Attorney reported that he has done extensive research on the issue of Ryan Drive. Aowever, since there is threatened litigation in this matter, the Attorney reported that he is uncomfortable in discussing the matter, feeling that the discussion could involve priviledged client information. The City Administrator suggested that any discussions on the matter be held in closed session because of the threatened litigation. Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-427 - CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING TO DISCUSS THREATENED LITIGATION Page 17
