MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 11, 1991 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Hanson. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. DESOTO The City Attorney reported that he has discussed the STREET issue of dedication of right-of-way for DeSoto Street RIGHT-OF-WAY with the County Recorder, and the County has DEDICATION requested that the dedication be made by recording of a declaration form. The City Attorney submitted the proper forms for Council review and approval. Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-428 - APPROVING THE DECLARATION FORMS FOR DEDICATION OF THE DESOTO STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THESE FORMS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Collova, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PIONEER The City Administrator reviewed the final application PARK for payment to the contractor for Pioneer Park FINAL improvements. The Administrator reported that there PAYMENT are still issues to be resolved in connection with the irrigation system in the park, and recommended that approval be contingent on resolution of those issues. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-429 - APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDER AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUEST FOR PIONEER PARK IMPROVEMENTS SUBJECT TO THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE OF REPAIRS TO TxE IRRIGATION SYSTEM WITH THE ARCHITECT AND PARK CONSULTANT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Hanson. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. Collova reported that one of the local contractors has expressed concern that he has not received payment for work at the Fire Station or City Center. Page 18
