MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 11, 1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Hanson. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />DESOTO The City Attorney reported that he has discussed the <br />STREET issue of dedication of right-of-way for DeSoto Street <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY with the County Recorder, and the County has <br />DEDICATION requested that the dedication be made by recording of a <br />declaration form. The City Attorney submitted the <br />proper forms for Council review and approval. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-428 - APPROVING THE DECLARATION <br />FORMS FOR DEDICATION OF THE DESOTO STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THESE FORMS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIONEER The City Administrator reviewed the final application <br />PARK for payment to the contractor for Pioneer Park <br />FINAL improvements. The Administrator reported that there <br />PAYMENT are still issues to be resolved in connection with the <br />irrigation system in the park, and recommended that <br />approval be contingent on resolution of those issues. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12-429 - APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDER <br />AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUEST FOR PIONEER PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />SUBJECT TO THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE <br />OF REPAIRS TO TxE IRRIGATION SYSTEM WITH THE ARCHITECT <br />AND PARK CONSULTANT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Collova reported that one of the local contractors has <br />expressed concern that he has not received payment for <br />work at the Fire Station or City Center. <br />Page 18 <br />
