MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 11, 1991 The City Administrator reported that in most cases there has been final acceptance of a contractor's work. However, in the cases where payment has not been made, the contract may still have punch list items to be completed, or the Administrator has not been comfortable with the submittals for final payment made by Kraus-Anderson. The Administrator reported that he has just received some revisions from Kraus-Anderson, and will review those and determine if payment can be made. The City Administrator reported that he has wanted to ensure that the City's rights were protected if there were any questions under the contracts. CONTRACT The Council reviewed proposed 1992 consultant contracts RENEWALS for the Planner, Attorney and Accountant. The City Administrator recommended adoption of the contracts as proposed. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-12-430 - APPROVING THE 1992 CONSULTANT CONTRACTS FOR THE PLANNER, ATTORNEY, AND ACCOUNTANT AS SUBMITTED AND RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. MORELAN The Council reviewed the letter submitted by Jim RESIGNATION Morelan resigning from his position as the City's part-time Parks & Recreation Director. This letter also indicated Mr. Morelan's willingness to continue on in the position for one additional month, if necessary. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-12-431 - ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF JIM MORELAN AS THE CITY'S PART-TIME PARKS & RECREATION DIRECTOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Page 19
