MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 8, 1992 THE REPORT ON CONSOLIDATION OF GROS5 MISDEMEANOR PROSECUTIONS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL JUSTIFICATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2620 RICE The City Administrator reviewed his report regarding STREET the clean-up of structure at 2620 Rice Street. The Administrator reported that the attorney representing the property owner has indicated the property owner's willingness to enter into the agreement for clean-up on a voluntary basis. However, if this does not occur, the Administrator recommended that the City Attorney be authorized to begin the process to allow the City to go in and clean-up the property. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-1-21 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BEGIN THE PROCESS TO ALLOW THE CITY TO CLEAN UP THE STRUCTURE AT 2620 RICE STREET IF THE PROPERTY OWNER DOES NOT ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO DO SO BY FRIDAY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Blesener suggested that the Fire Department be contacted about the clean-up of the Fasciana p~-operty on Little Canada Road near the Railroad tracks. MSA The City Administrator RESOLUTION resolution requesting connection with State maintenance. recommended approval of a the recoup of bond interest in Aid dollars for street Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 92-1-22 - REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO MODIFY THE BOND RECORD IN HIS OFFICE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
