MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 11, 1992 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIONEER The City Administrator recommended that action on the <br />PARK Pioneer Park concession stand lease be tabled until the <br />CONCESSION next meeting. Mr. Olson has received a copy of the <br />STAND lease agreement, but would like an opportunity to <br />LEASE review it in detail. <br />COUNTRY The City Administrator recommended that the Council <br />DRIVE request the State to do a speed study of Country Drive <br />SPEED as was requested earlier by Frank Frattalone. <br />STUDY <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-89 - REQUESTING THE STATE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />ON COUNTRY <br />STREET <br />OF TRANSPORTATION TO CONDUCT A SPEED STUDY <br />DRIVE FROM LITTLE CANADA ROAD NORTH TO RICE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />A5SESSMENT Due to property divisions of the Edward Nadeau property <br />REAPPORTION- on Country Drive and the St. John's Church property on <br />MENTS - Little Canada Road, Ramsey County is requesting that <br />NADEAU the City approve the reapportionment of assessments for <br />PROPERTY & these properties. <br />ST.
