MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 8, 1992 used. Blesener thought that once MSA funds are used on a road, the City could not remove the MSA designation. The City Administrator reported that the County did some work on County Road B-2, but he was not sure whether MSA funds were used. The Administrator reported that County Road B-2 is in fairly good shape, and its condition is much better than that of Viking Drive. The Administrator reported that he would determine whether MSA funds were used on County Road B-2. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-117 - ESTABLISHING VIKING DRIVE FROM RICE STREET TO COUNTY ROAD B-2 AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Blesener introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 92-4-118 - REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION FROM COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM RICE STREET TO CANABURY DRIVE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. MILEAGE The City Administrator reviewed his memo dated April REIMBURSEMENT 3, 1992 regarding his recommendation that mileage reimbursement be increased from 25 cents per mile to 28 cents per mile in line with the recent increase by the IRS in this maximum reimbursement. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 92-4-119 - APPROVING THE INCREASE IN MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FROM 25 CENTS PER MILE TO 28 CENTS PER MILE IN LINE WITH THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE BY THE IRS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener.
