MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 8, 1992 <br />used. Blesener thought that once MSA funds are used on <br />a road, the City could not remove the MSA designation. <br />The City Administrator reported that the County did <br />some work on County Road B-2, but he was not sure <br />whether MSA funds were used. The Administrator <br />reported that County Road B-2 is in fairly good shape, <br />and its condition is much better than that of Viking <br />Drive. The Administrator reported that he would <br />determine whether MSA funds were used on County Road <br />B-2. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-117 - ESTABLISHING VIKING DRIVE <br />FROM RICE STREET TO COUNTY ROAD B-2 AS A MUNICIPAL <br />STATE AID STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the followinq resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-4-118 - REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br />STREET DESIGNATION FROM COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM RICE <br />STREET TO CANABURY DRIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MILEAGE The City Administrator reviewed his memo dated April <br />REIMBURSEMENT 3, 1992 regarding his recommendation that mileage <br />reimbursement be increased from 25 cents per mile to 28 <br />cents per mile in line with the recent increase by the <br />IRS in this maximum reimbursement. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-4-119 - APPROVING THE INCREASE IN <br />MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FROM 25 CENTS PER MILE TO 28 <br />CENTS PER MILE IN LINE WITH THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE BY <br />THE IRS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
