MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 22, 1992 <br />The City Administrator reported that the Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement before the Council is the first <br />draft of that agreement. It may be necessary to make <br />some minor amendments to the agreement. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-132 - APPROVING THE FINAL PUD <br />AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A 65,000 SQUARE FOOT <br />MANUFACTURING FACILITY AT 177 EAST COUNTY ROAD B AS <br />PROPOSED BY ST. JUDE MEDICAL SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF ANY <br />MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT BY THE CITY <br />PLANNER, CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ST. JUDE Peter Carlson, Chesapeake Partners, reported that the <br />DEVELOPMENT proposed development agreement between the City and <br />AGREEMENT St. Jude Medical appears to be acceptable. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-133 - APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AND ST. <br />JUDE MEDICAL AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TRUSCOTT Mr. Ron Truscott appeared before the Council requesting <br />PROPERTY the division of his property at 353 Rose Lane into two <br />DIVISION lots. <br />Scalze questioned the resulting 5-foot setback to the <br />existing home should the property division be approved <br />as submitted. <br />Truscott reported that he would like to divide the <br />property as proposed since he will be building a house <br />on the new lot, and would like to have as large a lot <br />as possible. Truscott reported that one lot would have <br />102 feet of frontage on Rose Lane, while the lot with <br />the existing house would have 75 feet of frontage. <br />Most of the lots in the area have 70 foot widths. <br />Page 4 <br />
