MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 13, 1992 <br />TEMPORARY <br />ON-SALE <br />LIQUOR <br />LICENSE <br />REC. ASSOC. <br />Council reviewed the application submitted by the <br />Recreation Association for temporary on-sale liquor <br />license for the North Country Classic to be held on <br />June 13 and 14, 1992 at Pioneer Park. Sheriff'S <br />reports and liquor liability insurance certificate are <br />pending. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-5-161 - APPROVING THE TEMPORARY <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE RECREATION ASSOCIATION <br />FOR JUNE 13 AND 14, 1992 PENDING RECEIPT OF <br />SATISFACTORY SHERIFF'S REPORTS AND CERTIFICATE OF <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY The City Administrator requested the Council schedule <br />ADMINISTRATOR a evaluation of his performance. The consensus of the <br />PERFORMANCE Council was to schedule the City Administrator's <br />EVALUATION performance evaluation for Wednesday, June 10th, at <br />6:30 P.M. <br />KANDICE Aanson reported that the Building Inspector has <br />HEIGI-ITS written a letter to Loren Brueggemann, developer of <br />I AND II Kandice Heights I and II outlining concerns regarding <br />the condition and operation of this property. Hanson <br />reported that these concerns have been discussed with <br />Mr. Brueggemann in the past and there has been little <br />cooperation. <br />The City Administrator suggested that the next step <br />would be to issue citations under the ordinances. <br />SENIOR The City Administrator reported that Presbyterian Homes <br />HoUSING is proqressing with the senior housing project. <br />PROJECT Currently the necessary appraisals are being obtained. <br />Presbyterian Homes has drafted a letter to be sent to <br />those individuals on the waiting list. The letter will <br />be sent in the next week or so when the land <br />acquisition issue is more clearly defined. <br />LaValle reported <br />that the project <br />owner is asking <br />LaValle reported <br />asking price for <br />that some seniors have informed him <br />has been aborted because the property <br />;.oo much money for the property. <br />that it was his understanding that the <br />the property was established a couple <br />Page 17 <br />
