MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 1992 <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, PROHIBITING GAMBLING <br />DEVICES IN NON-INTOXICATING AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />ESTABLISHMENTS <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (o). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney reported that at 5:30 P.M. this <br />SESSION evening, City staff held an extensive meeting with the <br />property owners in Ryan Industrial Park on the issue <br />relating to the status of a road improvement within the <br />Park. There was discussion at that meeting of possible <br />settlement options and litigation. Therefore, the City <br />Attorney requested that the matter be discussed by the <br />Council in closed session following the meeting. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-9-310 - AUTHORIZING A CLOSED SESSION <br />FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE <br />LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Collova, LaValle, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RELIEF The City Administrator reported that the Council should <br />ASSOCIATION accept the Fire Department Relief Association Annual <br />AUDIT & Audit and Schedules I, II, and III. <br />SCHEDULES <br />I, II, III Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-311 - ACCEPTING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />RELIEF ASSOCIATION ANNUAL AUDIT FOR THE YEAR 1991 AND <br />ACCEPTING SCHEDULES I, II, AND III <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />JACKSON The City Administrator presented and reviewed in detail <br />HEIGHTS the proposed development agreement for Jackson Heights. <br />DEVELOPMENT The Administrator noted that the developer is <br />AGREEMENT requesting a modification to item #10. That <br />modification would allow for the issuance of a building <br />permit for a model home prior to completion of street <br />Page 8 <br />
