MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1992 <br />TWIN LAKE The City Administrator reported that the Twin Lake <br />BLVD. Blvd. shoulder paving improvement is complete. Cost of <br />SHOULDER that improvement is $4,526.00. Of that amount cost <br />IMPROVEMENT to be assessed is $3,620.83. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-334 - DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED <br />FOR THE TWIN LAKE BLVD. SHOULDER PAVING IMPROVEMENT AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-335 - <br />HEARING FOR THE TWIN LAKE <br />IMPROVEMENT FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />P.M. <br />CALLING FOR AN ASSESSMENT <br />BLVD. SHOULDER PAVING <br />OCTOBER 14, 1992 AT 7:30 <br />The £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LABORE The City Administrator reported that the LaBore Road <br />ROAD improvement will begin on Monday. Due to the timing <br />IMPROVEMENT that assessments must be certified to the County and <br />the fact that construction of the improvement is only <br />just beginning, the City Administrator recommended that <br />the assessment hearinq for this project be delayed <br />until 1993. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-336 - DELAYING SCHEDULING OF <br />ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR LABORE ROAD IMPROVEMENT UNTIL <br />1993 BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LOCAL The City Administrator reviewed the correspondenae sent <br />GOVERNMENT by St. Paul Council Member Bob Long regarding the <br />TRUST FUND constitutional dedication of two cents from the sales <br />tax for the establishment of a Local Government Trust <br />Fund, and requesting the City's support of this matter. <br />Page 20 <br />
