MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 28, 1992 <br />Charity Plus will have volunteers out distributing <br />these ribbons to City businesses. Any business <br />interested in displaying a large red ribbon in <br />conjunction with Chemical Health Week can contact <br />either Little Canada Charity Plus or City Hall for <br />further information. <br />Hanson reported that there will be food receptacles at <br />the City's precincts on Election Day. Voters are <br />encouraged to make a non-perishable food donation to <br />local food shelves. <br />3075 The Council reviewed the application submitted by Joyce <br />EDGERTON Fagley for division of property at 3075 Edqerton into <br />PROPERTY two lots. It was noted that there is adequate area to <br />DIVISION divide the property and meet all City Code <br />requirements. Council also noted that the Planning <br />Commission has recommended approval of the property <br />division. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-374 - APPROVING TAE DIVISION OF <br />3075 EDGERTON STREET INTO TWO LOTS AS REQUESTED BY <br />JOYCE FAGLEY BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY PLANNER, AND SUBJECT TO <br />DEDICATION OF SIX-FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />ON ALL LOT LINES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Hanson noted that the Planning Commission has tabled <br />USE PERMIT action on the application submitted by Precision Tree <br />PRECISION for Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor storage in <br />TREE conjunction with a landscapinq business at 2929 Country <br />2929 Drive. Hanson noted that the Council would take no <br />COUNTRY DR. action on this matter pending a recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Scalze asked how this proposal would fit in with the <br />intent of the PUD District. <br />The City Planner replied that the goal was to improve <br />buildings and site quality in the PUD District. In <br />considering proposals for the area, the City has <br />monitored those proposals based on the B-3 and BW <br />zoning district criteria. The Planner reported that <br />Page 3 <br />
