MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 9, 1992 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 5calze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 92-12-448 - APPROVING THE CONTINUED DRAW DOWN OF ANNUAL MSA ALLOTMENTS FOR "PAST BOND INTEREST" FOR THE YEARS 1993 THROUGH 1996 AND THE USE OF SUCH MONIES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 92-12-449 - APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF EXCESS MSA ALLOTMENTS FOR DEMONT AVENUE PROJECT 1986-7 TO FINANCE THE VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DEFICITS DETAILED IN THIS REPORT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator reported that the MSA report has been reviewed in detail with the City Engineer in order to coordinate efforts in this regard between the City and Engineer's office. MSA The City Administrator reported that there has been a RESOLUTION change in MSA requlations, therefore there is no longer FOR PAST the need for a formal resolution for designation of BOND INTEREST past bond interest. The City can address this internally, without need for file a resolution with the State. 1993 The City Council reviewed the contract submitted by the AUDITOR'S City Auditor for 1993 auditing services. The City CONTRACT Administrator pointed out that rates are up slightly from 1992; however, the amounts proposed fit in with the 1993 Budget.
