MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 9, 1992 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 5calze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-12-448 - APPROVING THE CONTINUED DRAW <br />DOWN OF ANNUAL MSA ALLOTMENTS FOR "PAST BOND INTEREST" <br />FOR THE YEARS 1993 THROUGH 1996 AND THE USE OF SUCH <br />MONIES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-12-449 - APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF <br />EXCESS MSA ALLOTMENTS FOR DEMONT AVENUE PROJECT 1986-7 <br />TO FINANCE THE VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DEFICITS <br />DETAILED IN THIS REPORT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that the MSA report has <br />been reviewed in detail with the City Engineer in order <br />to coordinate efforts in this regard between the City <br />and Engineer's office. <br />MSA The City Administrator reported that there has been a <br />RESOLUTION change in MSA requlations, therefore there is no longer <br />FOR PAST the need for a formal resolution for designation of <br />BOND INTEREST past bond interest. The City can address this <br />internally, without need for file a resolution with the <br />State. <br />1993 The City Council reviewed the contract submitted by the <br />AUDITOR'S City Auditor for 1993 auditing services. The City <br />CONTRACT Administrator pointed out that rates are up slightly <br />from 1992; however, the amounts proposed fit in with <br />the 1993 Budget. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page 17 <br />
