MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 15, 1992 <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-12-457 - APPROVING RENEWAL OF THE <br />PAWN SHOP LICENSE AND SECOND HAND GOODS DEALERS LICENSE <br />FOR LINCOLN PAWN AND JEWELRY FOR TAE LICENSE PERIOD <br />JANUARY l, 1993 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1993 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTRY DR. The City Attorney reported that in processing the sale <br />of the Irene Frattalone property on Country Drive, <br />title problems have been discovered due to the vacation <br />of a strip of property along Country Drive first by the <br />State to the City and then by the City to the adjacent <br />property owners. It appears that there is a 20 foot <br />strip of property that was not properly addressed. <br />The City Attorney reported that he is in the process of <br />cleaning up this error. The title problem could effect <br />the Nadeau and Rudy properties as well. <br />ASSESSMENT The City Administrator reported that the property owner <br />REAPPORTION- has requested the reapportionment of assessments for <br />MENT cost of the two Costa Lane stubs against the lots to be <br />COSTA developed as part of the Costa Estates Third Addition. <br />ESTATES The City Administrator reported that the David Wright <br />THIRD ADD. property would not be involved in this reapportionment <br />since his property was not a part of the original <br />assessment. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-12-458 - APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR COST OF COSTA LANE STREET STUBS <br />AGATNST THE 21 LOTS TO BE DEVELOPED AS PART OF THE <br />COSTA ESTATES THIRD ADDITION AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />PROPERTY OWNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0).
