<br />Partial Yard Waste Cost <br />Republic Services has agreed to continue past practice of 70% of annual cost per yard waste season as <br />outlined in Table 1. Additionally, a definition outlining how the partial yard waste was added (See <br />Section 2.18) was added into the existing yard waste section. This language was historically part of the <br />contract: New customers electing service in October or November will be subject to the partial year <br />charge noted above and must become full year's customers in the following year or become ineligible <br />for the service. Yard waste service will be automatically renewed for the next full season unless the <br />customer opts out of service before April 1st.
