MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 28, 1993 <br />Council to make this matter difficult for the property <br />owner and buyer, but was the intent to protect the <br />City. Scalze welcomed Mr. Gerten and his law office to <br />Little Canada. <br />WRIGHT Mr. David Wright appeared before the Council requesting <br />PROPERTY the approval of the division of property which he owns <br />DIVISION abutting Costa Lane. Wright reported that he currently <br />owns two lots, and is acquiring 30 feet of adjacent <br />tax-forfeited property along Costa Lane. Wright is <br />proposing to divide the property resulting in two lots <br />that are oriented north and south, rather than east and <br />west. It was pointed out that there would be a third <br />parcel which is a 30 foot strip to the north abutting <br />on Allen Avenue. Wright indioated that one of the <br />adjacent property owners would be purchasing this <br />remaining strip of property. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-4-105 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION OF PROPERTY ABUTTING COSTA LANE AS REQUESTED <br />BY MR. DAVID WRIGAT SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN AIS <br />REPORT DATED APRIL 5, 1993, AND SUBJECT TO THE <br />DEDICATION OF SIX FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />ON ALL LOT LINES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson, Scalze, Morelan. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FASCIANA The City Planner reported that as part of the Jackson <br />PROPERTY Heights plat it is necessary to divide a 30 foot strip <br />DIVISION of property from the Joseph Fasciana property for <br />combination with the Jackson Heights plat for road <br />access. This strip of property has been sold by Mr. <br />Fasciana to the developers of Jackson Heights. <br />There was no one present wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-4-106 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE <br />30 FOOT STRIP OF PROPERTY FROM THE JOSEPH FASCIANA <br />PROPERTY ON JACKSON STREET AND RECOMBINATION OF THAT <br />STRIP WITH THE JACKSON AEIGHTS PLAT <br />Paqe 14 <br />
