MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 8, 1993 RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-162 - TABLING ACTION ON THE APPLICATION FOR BINGO HALL LICENSE SUBMITTED BY TCF UNTIL THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO BE SCHEDULED NEXT WEEK BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Aanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Council discussed calling a special Council meeting for Tuesday, June 15th. The City Administrator noted that the City's legal newspaper is published on Tuesday's and asked if a notice in the Tuesday, June 15th issue would be adequate for that meeting. Press Publication's correspondent indicated that the paper is printed on Monday's and distribution begun on Tuesday's. The City Attorney indicated that a notice in the June 15th issue should work. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-163 - CALLING A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING FOR TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 1993 AT 7:30 P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Attorney recommended that the agenda for the June 15th Special Council meeting be established. Mrs. Scalze introduced the £ollowing resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-164 - SETTING THE FOLLOWING AGENDA FOR TAE JUNE 15, 1993 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING: 1. REVIEW PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATIONS 2. OCCASION ROTATION SCHEDULE 3. CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF BINGO HALL LICENSE - MOVER'S WAREHOUSE 4. CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION FOR BINGO HALL LICENSE - TWIN CITY FEDERAL The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0).
