LaValle asked if
it would be proper to table any action on the Mover's
Warehouse application for renewal of binqo hall license
and the TCF application for bingo hall license until
such time as signed lease agreements are submitted to
the Council.
The City Attorney suggested tabling of the Mover's
Warehouse application for renewal of bingo hall license
until the Council is updated on the status of the TCF
lease negotiations for the Market Place site.
Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-161 - TABLING ACTION ON THE
APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY MOVER'S WAREHOUSE FOR RENEWAL
OF BINGO HALL LICENSE AT THIS TIME
The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan.
Nays (0). There still
needs to be a finalization of the exact cost of the
demolition and construction. Once the Council acts on
Page 4
