MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 8, 1993 <br />Scalze was concerned about the Council not acting on <br />the rotation schedule. <br />The Administrator pointed out that TCF has put together <br />an occasion list based on their best judgement, and <br />this list is subject to Council approval as part of <br />review of both the premise permits and binqo hall <br />license application. <br />Scalze pointed out that in the past the City had worked <br />out the rotation schedule before, and leases were <br />signed based on that schedule. <br />Morelan asked if a premise permit was transferrable <br />from one location to another, or if a move to another <br />location requires a new premise permit. <br />The City Attorney replied that a move to another <br />location would require a new premise permit <br />application. <br />Morelan pointed out that TCF has submitted signed <br />letters of intent with five organizations. According <br />to TCF, four have indicated the desire to enter into <br />lease agreements, those being NSYA, Lake Owasso, St. <br />Joseph's Sooiety, and Little Canada Charity Plus. <br />Krogman reported that he would have lease agreements to <br />the organizations tomorrow and finalize negotiations. <br />Krogman reported that the organizations have given <br />preliminary approval to a rotation schedule allowing <br />St. Joe's 238 sessions, NSYA 230 sessions, Little <br />Canada Charity 241 sessions, and Lake Owasso 116 <br />sessions. <br />Morelan asked the relationship between MKP and TCF. <br />Krogman reported that MKP is a wholly-owned subsidiary <br />of TCF. If the bingo hall application is approved, the <br />title of the Market Place Shopping Center will be <br />transferred to MKP. <br />Morelan pointed out the recommendation for tabling the <br />application at this point given that it is incomplete. <br />LaValle suggested a special meeting be called given the <br />statements by TCF that signed lease agreements should <br />be forthcominq soon. LaValle also expressed concern <br />about the letter of intent submitted to Trade Lake <br />Camps, which is an organization he knows nothing about. <br />Scalze agreed that in order to be considered for a <br />Page 7 <br />
