MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 15, 1993 leases and the organizations would have to submit new premise permit applications. Scalze suggested that if St. Joe's has a concern about the lease allowing the addition of organizations at the expense of the existing organizations, perhaps the matter should be tabled so the organizations have further time to review the lease. Morelan pointed out that the organizations have all signed leases with MKP, Inc., thereby accepting the terms and conditions of the lease. Blomberg reported that St. rotation schedule could be did not hold the charities schedule. Joe's was informed that the redone and that the lease to a particular rotation Stellick indicated that anything can be redone if everyone is agreeable to it. Scalze suggested that the Council should have discussed its preference with regard to the rotation schedule two meetinqs ago before TCF finalized leases. Pedersen reported that he is ready to vote on the issue and had no interest in micro-managing the bingo business. LaValle pointed out that NSYA has been temporarily operating a second night of bingo since Lake Owasso ceased their operation. LaValle felt that if there was another Little Canada organization interested in operating bingo, that organization should have that second night NSYA has been temporarily operating. Scalze pointed out that once a rotation schedule is approved giving NSYA two nights of bingo, it will be very difficult to take that second night away six months from now. LaValle did not believe there was another Little Canada organization that wanted involvement in a bingo hall operation. Tom Short reported that there are other Little Canada charities that want to operate bingo. Morelan pointed out that the only applications for premise permits the Council has before it are from St. Joe's, Little Canada Charity, Lake Owasso, and NSYA.
