MINiI'PES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 11, 1993 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93-5-242 - VACATING THE STORM SEWER <br />EASEMENT ACROSS THE HUBBARD PROPERTY ON COUNTY ROAD B <br />AS DESCRIBED IN THE COUNCIL AGENDA PACKETS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FILL & The Council reviewed the fill and grading permit <br />GRADING application as well as driveway entrance permit <br />PERMIT application submitted by MBL Partnership at 203 East <br />203 EAST Little Canada Road. <br />LITTLE <br />CANADA ROAD The City Administrator pointed out that the City <br /> Engineer has recommended approval of the grading and <br /> fill permit application. The Public Works <br /> Superintendent has raised a couple of concerns with <br /> regard to the driveway entrance permit, and the <br /> applicant has indicated a willingness to address these <br /> concerns. Therefore, the Administrator recommended <br /> approval of the applications subject to final approval <br /> of the City staff. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93-8-243 - APPROVING THE FILL AND <br />GRADING PERMIT APPLICATION AS WELL AS DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE <br />PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUESTED BY MBL PARTNERSHIP <br />LOCATED AT 203 EAST LITTLE CANADA ROAD SUBJECT TO FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />VOUCHERS RESOLUTION N0. 93-8-244 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0).
