MINiI'PES CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 11, 1993 Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 93-5-242 - VACATING THE STORM SEWER EASEMENT ACROSS THE HUBBARD PROPERTY ON COUNTY ROAD B AS DESCRIBED IN THE COUNCIL AGENDA PACKETS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FILL & The Council reviewed the fill and grading permit GRADING application as well as driveway entrance permit PERMIT application submitted by MBL Partnership at 203 East 203 EAST Little Canada Road. LITTLE CANADA ROAD The City Administrator pointed out that the City Engineer has recommended approval of the grading and fill permit application. The Public Works Superintendent has raised a couple of concerns with regard to the driveway entrance permit, and the applicant has indicated a willingness to address these concerns. Therefore, the Administrator recommended approval of the applications subject to final approval of the City staff. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 93-8-243 - APPROVING THE FILL AND GRADING PERMIT APPLICATION AS WELL AS DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUESTED BY MBL PARTNERSHIP LOCATED AT 203 EAST LITTLE CANADA ROAD SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL OF CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and AGENDA moved its adoption: VOUCHERS RESOLUTION N0. 93-8-244 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
