MINO'PES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVElSBII2 16, 1993 <br />December 8th, with a continuation on December 16th, if <br />necessary. The next regular Council meeting is <br />December 22nd, and it was anticipated that the 1994 <br />Budget would be adopted at that meeting. Due to the <br />December 20th deadline, it was the recommendation of <br />the City Administrator that the December 22nd meeting <br />be cancelled, and the Council hold its second meeting <br />of the month on December 16th. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-11-260 - RESCHEDULING THE SECOND <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN DECEMBER FROM <br />DECEMBER 22ND TO DECEMBER 16, 1993 AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />JOINT The City Administrator reported that the Vadnais <br />WORRSHOP Heights City Council has requested a joint workshop <br />WITI~ on Thursday, November 18th, at 7:00 P.M. to discuss <br />VADNAIS the proposed development of the Mitchell property. <br />HEIGHTS <br /> Scalze noted that the meeting has been originally <br /> scheduled for November 3rd, but was cancelled by <br /> Vadnais Heights. Scalze felt that should Vadnais <br /> Heights make this same request, Little Canada should <br /> proceed with the workshop anyway to give residents in <br /> the area an opportunity to state their feelings on the <br /> development proposal. <br /> Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-11-261 - CALLING FOR A JOINT WORKSHOP <br />WITH THE VADNAIS HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL FOR THURSDAY, <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1993 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CENTER TO DISCUSS A CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL <br />FOR THE MITCHELL PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MASSAGE The City Administrator pointed out that when the City <br />PARI,ORS adopted its ordinance licensinq massage parlors and <br />saunas, there was an omission in wording relating to <br />massage parlors.
