Resolution declared adopted. <br />1994 CITY The City Attorney submitted a retainer agreement for <br />ATTORNEY services during 1994. Cost is proposed to increase <br />RE.'TAINER from $1,820 to $1,900 per month. <br />AGREEMENT <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-1-29 - APPROVING THE 1994 CITY <br />ATTORNEY RETAINER AGREEMENT AS SUBMITTED AT A COST OF <br />$1~900 PER MONTH AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THAT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />TIiE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />J'ACKSON The City Attorney reported that he has reviewed the <br />NEIGHTS title for the Jackson Heights park property, and it <br />PARK appears that the conveyence of this property to the <br />1>120PERTY City is free and clear of any encumbrances. Therefore, <br />the City would have the right to dispose of the <br />property by sale or lease should it choose to. If the <br />property were leased to a private party, however, it is <br />the recommendation of the City Attorney that <br />responsibilities and rights of the tenant be <br />established. <br />Page 10 <br />
