MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 13~ 1994 <br />Scalze suggested that the minutes of the Buche request be <br />located for review by the Council. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTTON N0. 94-4-88 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*DECLARATION OF CITY UNITY DAY; <br />*ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 381 - AMENDING SECTION <br />2101.020., 2.(A), AND SECTION 2101.050 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO PARK AVAILABILITY CHARGES; <br />*ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE N0. 382 - AMENDING SECTION <br />903.020, G.3. OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO CHAIN LINK FENCES AND SCREENING <br />IN THE I-1 ZONING DISTRICT; <br />*APPROVING STREET SWEEPING QUOTATIONS AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT~ <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />10~ GAMBLING The City Administrator reported that <br />GUIDELINES been contacted for their comments on <br />Gambling Expenditures Guidelines and <br />charities have indicated that they f <br />be satisfactory, and most would like <br />the l0% Committee. <br />the charities have <br />the proposed 10% <br />Committee. The <br />ind the Guidelines to <br />representation on <br />Morelan indicated that he has no problem with the <br />guidelines as presented except for the second bullet <br />under "Funding Decision Parameters". Morelan felt that <br />there may be some expenditures which would be recurring <br />in nature, but would still be appropriately funded with <br />10% monies. <br />The Administrator suggested that this paragraph be <br />8 <br />
