MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 26, 1994 moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-369 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MOVE AN EXISTING HOUSE INTO LITTLE CANADA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2539 RUTH STREET AS REQUESTED BY MR. DEREK RUSCH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH TI-IE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 11, 1994 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PROPERTY Mr. George Rossez appeared before the Council DIVISION - requestinq approval of the division of 10 feet of 191 property from 191 Australian so that this footaqe can AUSTRALIAN be added to his adjacent lot. Rossez reported that his property is 46 feet in width, and the additional 10 feet will make the property more developable. The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the property division as requested. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 94-10-370 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF 191 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AS REQUESTED BY MR. GEORGE ROSSEZ SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 10, 1994 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ZONING Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the DISTRICT application for Rezoning of property located at AMENDMENT - 2626 McMenemy Road from B-3 to R-3. Hanson pointed 2626 MCMENEMY out that the Planning Commission recommended that ROAD the property be rezoned to RB (Residential Business) as was recommended by the City Planner. Mr. Rossez reported that the RB zoning was acceptable to him.
