MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 26, 1994 <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-369 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO MOVE AN EXISTING HOUSE INTO LITTLE CANADA <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2539 RUTH STREET AS REQUESTED BY <br />MR. DEREK RUSCH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH TI-IE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 11, <br />1994 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Mr. George Rossez appeared before the Council <br />DIVISION - requestinq approval of the division of 10 feet of <br />191 property from 191 Australian so that this footaqe can <br />AUSTRALIAN be added to his adjacent lot. Rossez reported that his <br />property is 46 feet in width, and the additional 10 <br />feet will make the property more developable. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br />property division as requested. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 94-10-370 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />191 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AS REQUESTED BY MR. GEORGE ROSSEZ <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER <br />10, 1994 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ZONING Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />DISTRICT application for Rezoning of property located at <br />AMENDMENT - 2626 McMenemy Road from B-3 to R-3. Hanson pointed <br />2626 MCMENEMY out that the Planning Commission recommended that <br />ROAD the property be rezoned to RB (Residential Business) as <br />was recommended by the City Planner. <br />Mr. Rossez reported that the RB zoning was acceptable <br />to him. <br />
