MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
OCTOBER 26, 1994
a substitute for getting out into the community and
finding out what is on people's minds. Morelan felt
that all-in-all the survey as drafted was good, but
questioned the need to ask a lot of questions on
existing services.
Scalze felt that if questions are not asked about
existing services, the City will not know how it is
doing.
