MCCUMBER The City Administrator pointed out that we have not FENCE resolved the Conditional Use Permit for the special MATTER purpose fence on the McCumber property. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-11-396 - TABLING ACTION ON TI-IE APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE FENCE AS APPLIED FOR BY MR. ED MCCUMBER, AND DIRECTING STAFF TO FORWARD A COPY OF MR. MCCUMBER~S NOVEMBER 7TH LETTER TO MR. BOB JACKSON ASKING FOR HIS COMMENTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RUTH STREET The City Administrator reported that as a result of the ISSUES Ruth Street neighborhood meeting, three issues were raised requiring Council action. These include street lighting, restricted parking, and sign postings. The Administrator pointed out that the Public Works Superintendent's recommendations on these issues is contained in a memo dated November 4th and included in the Council~s agenda packet. It was noted that a copy of the City Administrator~s unapproved notes taken at that neighborhood meeting will be submitted to the property owners along Ruth Street as well as any others who attended the meeting. Jim Gustafson, Ruth Street resident, reported that since the neighborhood meeting was held, residents along Ruth Street have met and discussed some of the suggestions raised by the Ramsey County Sheriff~s 20
