MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVII~'iBER 9, 1994 <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-11-386 - VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTHWESTERLY FIVE (5) FEET <br />AND THE WESTERLY TEN (10) FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, <br />FREDERICKSHAVEN SECOND ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, xanson, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT- The Council reviewed the final plat for Canada Woods <br />CANADA WOODS West. There was no one from the general public present <br />WEST wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 94-11-387 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />CANADA WOODS WEST SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN IIIS <br />REPORT DATED OCTOBER 11, 1994 AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE WATERSHED AS OUTLINED <br />IN THEIR REPORT DATED OCTOBER 14, 1994 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Hanson, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />McCUMBER Council reviewed the letter received from Mr. McCUmber <br />FENCE dated November 7th which indicated that Mr. Jackson <br />MATTER has agreed to do a screen planting in the Spring on the <br />McCumber fence which abuts the Jackson property. <br />The City Administrator pointed out that in order to <br />make the McCUmber fence legal, the Council would have <br />to grant a Conditional Use Permit allowing the fence as <br />a special purpose fence. <br />3 <br />
