MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECII4BER 21, 1994 <br />GILANDERI, The City Administrator reported that a neighborhood <br />KELLER meeting was held to discuss improvement of Gilanderi <br />PARKWAY & Lane by water main and street improvement. While it <br />VIKING DR. appears that the property owners support a water main <br />IMPROVE:MENTS improvement, support for a street improvement is less <br />certain. <br />At a neighborhood meeting to discuss Keller Parkway <br />water main improvement, the majority of the residents <br />appeared to support the improvement. The Administrator <br />reported that Ramsey County will be conducting a joint <br />meeting of Little Canada and Maplewood residents to <br />discuss the Keller Parkway road improvement. That <br />meeting is tentatively scheduled for February lst. <br />The Administrator also reported that a neighborhood <br />meeting of Viking Drive residents was held and while it <br />was obvious that there was support for the water main <br />improvement, there was not a consensus on the street <br />improvement. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-12-43"I - ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORTS SUBMITTED FOR THE GILANDERI LANE, KELLER <br />PARKWAY, AND VIKING DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE IIELD ON THESE IMPROVEMENTS ON <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 1995 AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED <br />BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LITTLE The City Administrator submitted for approval a lease <br />CANADA agreement with the Fire Department for the new fire <br />FIRE DEPT. station, a quit claim deed releasing the Fire <br />Department's interest in the old fire station property, <br />and a letter from the Fire Department spelling out the <br />disposition of personal property at the old fire <br />station site. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />33 <br />
