Resolution declared adopted. <br />EXTENDING The City Attorney presented the Council with an <br />MoRATORIUM ordinance which extends the development moratorium in <br />the City's B-3 Districts to March 1, 1995. <br />The City Administrator reported that the City Planner <br />feels that this extension will give him adequate time <br />to get the Comp Plan process for the B-3 Districts <br />completed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 399 - AN INTERIM ORDINANCE EXTENDING A <br />MORATORIUM IN THE B-3 DISTRICT <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />AUSTRALIAN/ Fahey reported that he was on the City Council in 1986 <br />BLUWOOD and 1987 when the Tima lot split concept was first <br />STREET & discussed. The consensus at that time was to allow <br />CUL-DE-SAC the lot split provided that a cul-de-sac was improved <br />OPTIONS at the end of Australian Avenue. Fahey pointed out <br />9 <br />
