MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 25, 1995 <br />INDUSTRIAL, AND MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIE5 <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-1-28 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*APPROVING THE 1995 MILEAGE RATE AS ALLOWED BY <br />THE IRS~ <br />*AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF ISTEA TRAIL GRANT <br />APPLICATION; <br />*APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL <br />GAMBLING LICENSE FOR THE NORTH SUBURBAN EVENING LIONS <br />CLUB TO HOLD A GOLD PLATE DINNER AT THE VENETIAN INN <br />ON SUNDAY, MAY 21, 1995; <br />*APPROVING THE FINAL PAY REQUEST FOR 1993 IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS TO FRATTALONE EXCAVATING~ <br />*AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF CATV GRANT APPLICATION AS <br />PRESENTED; <br />*SCHEDULING A COUNCIL WORKSHOP FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY <br />8, 1995 TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED PERSONNEL POLICY; <br />*APPOINTING KATHY GLANZER AS THE CITY'S 1995 CABLE <br />TV DELEGATE WITH HER TIME EXPENDED TO BE COMPENSATED <br />AT HER NORMAL HOURLY RATE AND TO APPOINT JIM LAVALLE <br />AS THE ALTERNATE~ <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
