MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 25, 1995 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-1-22 - APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br />CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON MINNESOTA AVENUE FROM R-1 TO R-2 <br />AND FROM B-3 TO R-2 AS REQUESTED BY MASTERPIECE HOMES <br />FOR PLAT KNOWN AS COBBLESTONE VILLAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-1-23 - APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW INDIVIDUAL UNITS AND COMMON OPEN <br />SPACE AS PART OF THE PLAT FOR COBBLESTONE VILLAGE AS <br />REQUESTED BY MASTERPIECE HOMES CONTINGENT UPON <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER, CITY ENGINEER, AND CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator recommended that the two <br />building permits requested by Mr. Howe could be issued <br />once the City has a development agreement with Mr. Howe <br />for this plat and once sufficient improvements are in <br />place to serve the two structures. The Administrator <br />pointed out that Code says that a minimum of the first <br />lift of blacktop must be in place before building <br />permits can be issues. However, the City has issued <br />building permits for other developments prior to that <br />if a development agreement is in place. The <br />development agreement will be drafted and submitted to <br />the Council for approval. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-1-24 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />COBBLESTONE VILLAGE AS REQUESTED BY MASTERPIECE fiOMES <br />CONTINGENT UPON THE DEVELOPER ENTERING INTO A <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY, AND SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER, CITY ENGINEER, AND CITY STAFF <br />5 <br />
