MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 8, 1995 <br />the road could be delayed until 1996. <br />Fahey suggested that pavement replacement not occur as <br />part of the water main project, if that pavement would <br />only be torn up and redone durinq 1996. <br />The Administrator reported that the pavement which is <br />disturbed as a result of the water main project would <br />have to be restored. The width issue could be resolved <br />in that design sequence. <br />Morelan suggested that the loop could be addressed <br />later on in the process. <br />The Administrator suggested that it may be possible to <br />address the entire street prior to 1996. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-2-42 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY ENGINEER <br />TO PREPARE A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF <br />GILANDERI LANE VIA A LOOPED ROADWAY~ REPORT TO INCLUDE <br />A RECOMMENDATION ON RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PAVEMENT WIDTHS~ <br />AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INVESTIGATE THE <br />EXISTENCE OF A 25 FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR GILANDERI <br />LANE <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FEASIBILITY The City Engineer presented the feasibility report for <br />REPORT FOR the Frattalone sewer extension. <br />FRATTALONE <br />SEWER Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />EXTENSION moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-2-43 - ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR THE FRATTALONE SEWER EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT <br />AND CALLING FOR AN IMPROVEMENT HEARING TO BE HELD ON <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 1995 AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
