MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1995 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-2-54 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICIi CONTAINS TI-IE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*ESTABLISHING GREENBRIER STREET AS A MUNICIPAL STATE <br />AID STREETj <br />*APPROVING THE HIRING OF CODE ENFORCEMENT/ <br />ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN; <br />*APPROVING PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1995 IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND CALLING FOR BIDS; <br />*APPROVING ARCADE STREET TURN-BACK RESOLUTION; <br />*APPROVING AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR G.O. BONDS, SERIES <br />1995A~ <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />REPEALING The City Attorney presented an ordinance which repeals <br />HUMAN RIGHTS the City's Human Rights Commission. <br />Scalze asked if the City had received any comments on <br />this matter. The Administrator replied that no <br />comments had been received to his knowledge. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 404 - AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 206 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO I-IUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AT-GRADE Fahey pointed out the City Engineer is recommending <br />RAIL the City apply for Federal funding for improvement of <br />CROSSINGS at-grade rail crossings. The Engineer has identified <br />that crossings at 5outh Owasso Blvd., Little Canada <br />Road, and County Road B-2 would be candidates for <br />improvement. <br />7 <br />
