MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 12, 1995 The foregoing resolution was duly secorv3ed by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaV,~lle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PURCHASE Mr. Bob Moser appeared before the Council reporting AGREEMENT that the appraised value of the City property under FOR SALE consideration for sale to the Denery developers is OF PROPERTY acceptable. The value stated by the appraiser for TO DENERY the property is $15,000. DEVELOPER The City Administrator recommended the City enter into a purchase agreement with the Denery developers with price based on the appraisal. Mr. LaValle introduced the followinq re;solution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-4-105 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE :AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF CITY PROPERTY TO THE DENERY PRO:PERTY DEVELOPERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. The City Administrator reported that th~=_ City will have the purchase agreement prepared for execution once a legal description is prepared. Moser indicated that he would have the ~?roperty surveyed and a legal description would be forwarded to the City Administrator. Moser thanked ~the City for their handling of this matter. VIKING The City Administrator reported that a]~!N DOT permit DRIVE is required for placement of water main within MN WATER MAIN DOT's Viking Drive right-of-way. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following re:aolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 95-4-106 - DECLARING THA'P THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBI:GITY FOR VIKING DRIVE EAST OF EDGERTON STREET TO ITS CUF2RENT POINT OF TERMINATION SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY ONE-TIME 6
