MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MAY 10, 1995 TII~SPORARY Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and LIQUOR moved its adoption: LICENSE - NO. COUNTRY RESOLUTION NO. 95-5-129 - APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLASSIC - LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE LITTLE CANADA RECREATION LCRP. ASSOCIATION~S NORTH COUNTRY CLASSIC TO BE IiELD ON JUNE 10 AND 11, 1995 AND WAIVING THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THAT LICENSE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. WAIVE FEES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and FOR CANADIAN moved its adoption: DAYS PERMITS FOR TEMPORARY RESOLUTION NO. 95-5-130 - WAIVING THE FEES FOR SIGN & OUTDOOR TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT AND OUTDOOR SALES/DISPLAYS SALES & LICENSE FOR TIIE CANADIAN DAYS PLANT SALE TO BE DISPLAYS HELD ON MAY 20 AND 21, 1995 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PERSONNEL The City Administrator pointed out the memo given POLICY to the Council this evening outlining revisions to the proposed disciplinary section and grievance section of the Personnel Policy. The Administrator asked that the Council review this information and forward any comments or concerns to staff by Friday. If these revisions are acceptable, the proposed Personnel Policy will be forwarded to the City Attorney for his review. ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-5-131 - ADJOURNING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen.
