Fahey pointed out that Country Drive <br />has good visibility from the freeway. If the northern <br />piece works for Warner Stellian, that is fine. <br />However, Fahey felt it difficult to react when the City <br />has not seen a proposal. Fahey suggested that it might <br />be possible to get a big development along Country <br />Drive, and felt the City should market the property. <br />The Administrator asked if both the north and south <br />parcels should be marketed. <br />Fahey felt they should be. <br />Pedersen suggested that a two or three story building <br />would provide greater visibility from the freeway. <br />Fahey suggested that given the Fire Department's ladder <br />truck, the Fire Marshal should review the existinq Code <br />and make a recommendation on whether or not the three <br />story maximum should be lifted. <br />Pedersen pointed out that there would be natural <br />constraints on the height of a building on this <br />property given the parking requirements that must be <br />met. <br />The Administrator again indicate~ <br />inquiries on the availability of <br />Country Drive.
