The Administrator recommended COMMISSIONERS that the Park & Recreation Commission and Planning Commission review the matter and comment to the Council. The Council would then in turn comment to the Board of Water Commissioners. Scalze suggested the City inform McKesson Drug and Vincent Metals of this proposal asking for comments, since their properties are adjacent to the two sites. It was pointed out that both sites are zoned B-3. The City Administrator suggested that it may be advantageous for the Counoil to look at the zoning of the properties before any sale might occur. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 95-5-144 - FORWARDING THE PROPOSAL OF THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS TO SELL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA TO THE PARK & RECREATION COMMISSION AND PLANNING COMMISSION FOR COMMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. OLD FIRE The City Administrator reviewed his memo dated May 19th STATION updating the Council on the old fire station RENOVATION renovation. 19
