MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 26, 1995
RESOLUTION NO. 95-7-179 - APPROVING THE CANADA WOODS
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen.
Ayes (4) LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Morelan.
Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
5T. It was noted that
the Commission has expressed an interest in obtaining
an easement area around the wetland.
Morelan suggested that there may be some dry land the
Commission would have an interest in developing.
It was the consensus of the Council to place this
matter on the next agenda of the Park and Recreation
Commission meeting.
NO WAKE ZONE- The City Administrator reviewed correspondence from
GERVAIS LAKE the Sheriff~s Department as well as Gordon Forbes, a
6
