MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 27, 1995
is restricted to his site, the berm may have to be
removed. The Administrator also pointed out that the
City has the ability to tag any unlicensed vehicles
which are parked on the site.
Fahey felt it was unreasonable to tell the property
owner that licensed vehicles could not be parked on the
adjacent property given that the City requested the
berm to providing screening to the adjacent residential
property. Fahey felt that Frattalone should be able to
park licensed vehicles on the site so long as he does
not exceed the number of parking spaces allowed.
However, street sweepers and unlicensed vehicles should
be removed or tags issued.
Scalze pointed out that the Code requires the screening
of commercial property from residential. Scalze stated
that she did not understand how Bill's Automotive was
issued a Conditional Use Permit for an auto
wholesaler's license.
The City Administrator reported that Bill~s Automotive
is licensed, but does not have a Conditional Use
Permit. Morelan asked where the situation is with regard
to cleaning up the property.
The City Administrator replied that the clean up is not
totally completed. The next step would be for the City
to begin issuing citations.
Fourre stated that he was not advocating putting any of
the businesses out-of-business. Fourre stated that he
wanted these businesses to exist within the confines of
10
