Outdoor <br />storage will be cited as well. <br />Fahey pointed out that Mr. Frattalone has approval for <br />36 parking spaces, and should not exceed that number <br />even with the use of the adjacent property. <br />CONSENT Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-9-224 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL <br />GAMBLING LICENSE FOR ST. ANNE~S BINGO - OCTOBER 29, 1995 <br />-MEN'S CLUB BINGO - NOVEMBER 19, 1995; <br />*APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEIIALF OF TI-IE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Pedersen, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Morelan. <br />Nays (0).
