MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JANiJARY 10~ 1996
Jeff Enright, Roseville Review, reported that the
Review shares most of the same commitments outlined by
Paul Wahl for the Press. Enright pointed out that the
Review has been the City~s legal newspaper in the past,
and is currently the official newspaper of the
Roseville School District. Circulation and
distribution policies are the same as those of the
Little Canada Press. Enright suggested that the
masthead of the Review can be changed to increase the
font used for Little Canada to the same size as that
used for Roseville.
Enright pointed out that the Review includes a great
deal of reporting on Roseville School District news,
which is a very important part of the Little Canada
community.
Fahey asked if the Review was being delivered to every
household in the City.
Enright replied that they currently deliver to
approximately 2,500 homes in Little Canada. Enright reported the Review would have to
switch deliver methods to hand delivery for those areas
within Little Canada which currently have mailed
delivery.
Pedersen stated that he has not had a Review delivered
to his home in the past four months.
Enright suggested that Pedersen call the Circulation
Department at the Review to arrange for delivery.
Scalze pointed out there were some glitches to be
worked out when the Little Canada Press first began
delivering, but a real effort was made to make sure
everyone in Little Canada gets the paper.
Enright replied the Review can make those same efforts.
Enright pointed out that in the past few years the
Review worked together with the City on these kinds of
3
