MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 27, 1996
Scalze agreed.
Morelan asked how the land use on Rice Street compared
with the rezoning.
The Planner pointed out that the area by Kath Oil and
3020 Mobilehome Park was auto-related commercial. The Planner replied that that could be
done when a developer comes in with a good commercial
proposal.
Knudsen suggested that if the Vadnais Heights Church on
Twin Lake Blvd. is disbanding that the semi-public
designation be changed.
The Planner suggested that the City wait until it gets
a development proposal.
