MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 10, 1996 <br />study. <br />Morelan asked if the Park Master Plan included a path <br />along Arcade Street. The Administrator replied that he <br />believed it did, and the matter was to be considered at <br />the time of road improvement. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUT.ION NO. 96-7-161 - ORDERING PREPARATION OF A <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ARCADE STREET <br />FROM KELLER PARKWAY TO COUNTY ROAD D BY ROAD <br />RECONSTRUCTION, CURB AND GUTTER, AND STORM DRAINAGE, AS <br />WELL AS WATER MAIN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The next improvement proposed was Australian Avenue <br />from the west line of Lakeshore Avenue to its point of <br />termination approximately 693 feet westerly by road <br />reconstruction, curb and gutter, and storm drainage. <br />Morelan indicated that he would abstain from voting on <br />this proposed improvement as well as Bluwood Avenue <br />since he owns property abuttinq these streets. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followinq resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-7-162 - ORDERING PREPARATION OF A <br />FEASIBTLITY REPORT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF AUSTRALIAN <br />AVENUE FROM THE WEST LINE OF LAKESHORE AVENUE TO ITS <br />POINT OF TERMINATION APPROXIMATELY 693 FEET WESTERLY BY <br />ROAD RECONSTRUCTION, CURB AND GUTTER, AND STORM <br />DRAINAGE <br />The foregoing resolution <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Fahey, <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstentions (1) Morelan. <br />was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Scalze. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The next improvement proposed was Bluwood Avenue from <br />the west line of Lakeshore Avenue to its point of <br />termination approximately 677 feet westerly by road <br />reconstruction, curb and gutter, and storm drainage. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />5 <br />
