MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 24, 1996
Fahey asked if there was anyone present wishing to
comment on this matter.
Kenneth Voss, Property Manager for Little Canada
Associates, 219 and 223 Little Canada Road, indicated
he supports approval of the Conditional Use Permit.
Voss indicated there are several tenants of these
buildings. Voss reported that Quicksilver is not a
problem tenant.
There was no one else from the general public present
wishing to comment on this matter.
Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Fahey, the public
hearing was closed.
Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 96-7-171 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR EXPANSION OF SHARED PARKING FACILITIES AT
2777 COUNTRY DRIVE AS REQUESTED BY MBC ENTERPRISES
SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JUNE 10,
1996, AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH TIIE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER AS OUTLINED IN HIS
REPORT DATED JUNE 25, 1996
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey.
Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze.
Nays (0).
