MINUPES
CITY COUNCIL
SEPTII4BER 25, 1996
building is not in the location that was indicated on
their previous site plan. Belland~s may be changing
their request, and if they do, the matter would have to
go back to the Planning Commission.
Fahey felt the past history of the property should be
researched. Fahey asked how a building was allowed to
be developed on an outlot, when was the property
platted, and where does the original site plan show
building placement.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-233 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE BELLAND AUTO REPAIR REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO
CONSTRUCT A BUILDING ADDITION WITHIN THE REQUIRED REAR
YARD SETBACK UNTIL TI-IE OCTOBER 23, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL
MEETING
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan.
Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
TEXT Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a text
AMENDMENT amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance reducing the
TO right-of-way required for cul-de-sac radius to 100
SUBDIVISION feet.
