MINUTE5 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEHiBER 25, 1996 <br />BLUWOOD AVE.- Use Permit to move an existing house onto a lot <br />BRET ARCAND located at the end of Bluwood Avenue. The Planning <br />Commission and City Planner have recommended approval <br />of the CUP. <br />There was no one present from the general public <br />wishing to address this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Scalze, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Morelan indicated that he will abstain from voting on <br />this matter since he is a property owner in the area. <br />Morelan did comment, however, that he has looked at the <br />house a feels it will be a good addition to the <br />neighborhood. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-231 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT AS REQUESTED BY BRET ARCAND TO MOVE AN EXISTING <br />HOUSE ONTO A LOT LOCATED AT THE END OF BLUWOOD AVENUE <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER <br />9, 1996 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstentions (1) Morelan. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP TO MOVE Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />A HOUSE - application for Conditional Use Permit submitted by <br />T.AKE5HORE Kerwin and Wanda Tilleskjor to move a house onto an <br />AVENUE - existing lot on Lakeshore Avenue. Both the Planning <br />TILLESKJOR Commission and the City Council have recommended <br />approval of the CUP. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by LaValle, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Morelan asked if the applicants had fulfilled the <br />Planner's requirement that evidence be submitted <br />showing the house will not depreciate property values <br />in the neighborhood. <br />9 <br />
