Resolution declared adopted. <br />SPOON~R PARK The Building Official submitted quotations for construction of the <br />PICNIC SH~LT~R Spooner Park picnic shelter. It was noted that all individual quotations <br />are under $25,000, with the total project amount at $130,979.OQ This is <br />below the o~~iginal bid amount of $154,100. The City Administrator <br />indicated that the addition of the arcl~itect's fee and the construction <br />management fee brings the bid total to approximately $143,000.00. <br />The Administrltor reported that to date the City h1s a budget of $135,000 <br />for the project, $60,000 of that amounY from donations. The AdministraYOr <br />indicated there may be the opportunity for additional donations to make up <br />tlte estimated $8,000 in deficit. <br />Morelan pointed out that final gradin~ and landscaping will be done by <br />City staff, as was anticipated in the original bid. Morelan asked the <br />timetable for project completion. <br />The Building Official estimated that the project would be completed eady <br />June. <br />LaValle asked if there were dollars available fi-om the State for cappin~ <br />the well in the park. <br />12 <br />
