Faulkner explained <br />that as many trees as possible would be saved. Trees located in the center <br />of the property will be removed as well any dying trees. Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meetin~, 8:50 P.M., Council took a sl~ort recess. The <br />meeting was reconvened at 8:55 P.M. <br />EXTENSION Mr. John Shamp, Donovan Calstruction, appeared before Yhe Council to <br />OF CUP discuss Donovan's request for extension of a CondiYional Use Permit <br />FOR TEMPORARYallowing the use of a trailer as temporary office space, as well as the <br />OFFICE SPACE issue of road access to the property. <br />DONOVAN <br />CONSTRUCTION Fahey expressed concern about the expansion of the Donovan <br />Construction and Roseville Plumbing buildings without public street <br />access. Fahey pointed out that the existin~; situation is non-conforming, <br />and the CounciPs efforts to resolve non-conforming situations when the <br />opportunity arises. Fahey noted that the road issue was discussed in 1987. <br />At that time the Council indicated thlt no building permits would be <br />issued for building expansions without the road issue being resolved. <br />Fahey indicated that he would support extension of the Conditional Use <br />Permit for the use of the trailer as temporary office space, but would not <br />suppoit an indefinite extension.
