Resolution declared adopted. <br />PITRINA The City Administrator reported that Frank Frattalone has requested the <br />PARK vacation of Lot A and Lot B, Nadeau Addition. These are approximately <br />TERRACE- 20 foot wide tracts of land that were dedicated to the City for road right- <br />VACATION OF of-way. Resolution declared adopted. <br />LAKE GERVAIS Council reviewed the City Administrator's letter dated Au~ust 7, 1997 <br />USE as well as proposed ordinance addressing non-motorized, hand-carried <br />ORDINANCE watercraft launchin~ on Lake Gervais at other than a public landing, and <br />enforcement of ordinance provisions by other than the Ramsey County <br />Sheriffls Department. This ordinance is bein~ proposed as a result of <br />concerns expressed by some of the City's residents as well as a letter from <br />Mr. Sando of the DNR. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the followin~ ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORI)INANCE NO. 460 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />1301, 130I. 030 AND 1301.050 OF THE 7,7777,E CANADA CITY <br />CODE RELATINC TO WA7ER REGUI.ATION.S <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />4 <br />
